腸道微生物組研究發(fā)現(xiàn),速溶黑茶喂養(yǎng)的大鼠在門(mén)水平上顯著改變了腸道微生物種類(lèi)。與HFD相比,高劑量速溶黑茶(HIDT)顯著提高了有益菌Akkermansia和Rikenellaceae_RC9的相對(duì)豐度,降低了有害菌Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005和Ruminiclostridium_9的相對(duì)豐度(p<0.01)。經(jīng)研究表明,Akkermansia菌已被廣泛認(rèn)為與肥胖、糖尿病、炎癥和代謝紊亂顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。[1]口服巴氏滅活A(yù)kkermansia菌,可提高約30%的胰島素敏感性,降低胰島素血癥和血漿總膽固醇。[2]
該研究進(jìn)一步為速溶黑茶調(diào)節(jié)糖脂代謝的功能提供了有效的分子依據(jù)。
